In between exhibitions and the release of a new series of work, AVM creates in the spirit of experiment and exploration. Some works are created specifically for a show, an addition to an ongoing style, or may become the inception of a new art series.
“Nouveaux,” which means “new” in French, includes various works that are new, but are not associated with any specific series….yet. These are works that allow AVM to paint, to have fun, explore, yet allow AVM to share them without having them to necessarily conform to any specific style. These works, most likely, will become the impetus for a new style, art series, or exhibition.
